The primary benefit of being a member of the EFCA Ministerial Association is your support of Pastoral Care Ministries. Annual dues of the 1500 members provides approximately 25% of the funds needed to promote initiatives such as "Healthy Pastors for Healthy Churches" and the Recovery Church Ministry. The association provides leadership through its executive director to the EFCA Placement Service and the EFCA Theology Conference.

Since 1971, FCMM has provided retirement plans for EFCA pastors, staff, and missionaries. With a 403(b)(9) church retirement income account plan, we offer a variety of investment options, whereby participants can manage their own account or have others do it for them.
FCMM also offers other types of employment benefits to EFCA churches including a Long-Term Disability Insurance Plan.
