T Bar M provides, by faith, retreat facilities where Pastors and their families can rest and enjoy the presence of God without having to worry about financial obligations. There is no set agenda, therefore, you can use your time for prayer, study, relaxation or play.

Since 1971, FCMM has provided retirement plans for EFCA pastors, staff, and missionaries. With a 403(b)(9) church retirement income account plan, we offer a variety of investment options, whereby participants can manage their own account or have others do it for them.
FCMM also offers other types of employment benefits to EFCA churches including a Long-Term Disability Insurance Plan.
